Численный анализ процесса возбуждения сердца для модели Фитц-Хью-Нагумо в трехмерной области

Аннотация

Рассматривается математическая модель Фитц-Хью-Нагумо для описания процесса возбуждения сердца, представляющая собой начально-краевую задачу для эволюционной системы уравнений в частных производных в трехмерной области, соответствующей реальной геометрии сердца и его желудочков. Проведен численный анализ процесса возбуждения, обусловленного действием локализованного источника. Изучена возможность возникновения возбуждения от места расположения источника внутри сердечной мышцы. Исследована зависимость скорости распространения возбуждения и ширины его фронта от параметров модели.
